By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. PRODUCTS & PRICING

All items offered are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity. We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue products at any time without notice. We do our best to ensure that product descriptions and colors are accurate; however, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will perfectly reflect the true color.

3. PAYMENT

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure third-party payment options such as PayPal and Shop Pay. All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment in full is required at the time of purchase.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow the stated timeframe for processing and packaging your order. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Once your order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Chey and Chawn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

5. IN-STORE PICKUP

We offer local in-store pickup at 1254 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please pick up your order within 90 days; unclaimed orders may be returned to stock without a refund.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns for a full refund within seven days of receiving your item, and we offer store credit or exchanges within fourteen days of receiving your item. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached. Chey & Chawn reserve the right to deny any return not received within the fourteen-day window. All sale items and accessories, including shoes, jewelry, hats, and socks, are final sale with no exceptions. Any item purchased at a discount of 15% or more is also final sale. To begin a return or exchange, please email us at sales@shopcheyandchawn.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Chey & Chawn are not responsible for providing return labels. We ask that you return your item through a carrier such as UPS or USPS that provides tracking information. Please send returns to Chey & Chawn, 1254 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.

7. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within one to three business days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

8. PREORDERS

Items listed as preorder will include estimated shipping timeframes in the product description. Payment is processed at the time of preorder. Estimated shipping dates may change. If you order both preorder and in-stock items together, the entire order may ship when the preorder item is ready, unless otherwise stated.

9. GIFT CARDS

Chey and Chawn gift cards are delivered electronically and do not expire. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards also cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

10. DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. All sales, discounts, and promotions are valid for a limited time and may change at any time.

11. PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy matters to us. We will never sell or share your information. Any personal data submitted through our website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is used and protected.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
